As a courtesy, we make every attempt to confirm your appointment via text or email, and we rely on you to provide up to date correct and current information. We appreciate your confirmation response back letting our staff know that you will be here on time for your scheduled appointment and request that you review email confirmations for any errors or adjustments to your services. We no longer place telephone calls to confirm due to incorrect and changed home or mobile numbers, voicemail boxes that are full, busy, or not set up. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the date and time of your appointment and services you will be receiving.
We may require a credit or debit card to secure your appointment. Unfortunately, if you no-show-no-call, chronic late cancellations, and chronic reschedulers, we will require a credit/debit card to ensure all guests have an opportunity to schedule a service instead of holding up spots for those who do not show up and will charge 50% of the no-showed space.
Our cancellation policy: Please call or reschedule by notifying us within 24 hours. Otherwise, we regret you will be charged 25% of the full price amount of the appointment. If an appointment is scheduled the same day, proper cancellation notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show-No-Calls: No-show-no-calls are not tolerated and will be charged 50% of the total charges (including guests you have made appointments for) the same day it happens with the credit/debit card used for scheduling. If it happens more than once, pre-payment will be required for all future appointments.
We may refuse future appointments for chronic late cancels, no-shows, or refusals to pay for services rendered.
