Deposits are always required and non-refundable to ensure that you are serious about your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment, and is deducted from the total price. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and is NON-refundable. If you cancel or miss your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. Another will be needed to re-book. We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule in order for your deposit to transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS
A $100 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. It is due no later than 2 weeks before your appointment date, and will be credited towards the cost of your service. If you are scheduling an appointment within the 2 week time frame, the deposit is due immediately. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment.
